Terms of Service — Coaching Program

Business Owner: Lillian (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
By purchasing or participating in this coaching program (“Program”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
The Program includes coaching, mentorship, educational materials, templates, and may include access to group calls, digital content, private community spaces, and resources.
The Program is for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All Program content — including lessons, templates, frameworks, worksheets, call recordings, community content, and any materials created by the Company, its team, OBM, or interns — is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You May Not:
Copy, duplicate, share, or distribute Program content
Sell, resell, or sublicense Program content
Use Program content to train other VAs, coaches, or service providers
Claim Program materials as your own
Use Program documents or systems in your own programs, courses, or client offers
You May:
Use tools, templates, & strategies for your personal business only
Violation of IP rights will result in removal from the Program without refund and possible legal action.
3. Confidentiality
We will not disclose your confidential business or personal information.
You agree not to disclose proprietary information shared within the Program or community (including other participants’ information).
4. Technology & Account Access
In some cases, with mutual agreement, the Company, OBM, or interns may enter your business systems (ex: CRM, email, booking systems, project platforms) for educational, setup, or support purposes.
You agree to:
Only grant access you are comfortable with
Revoke access once tasks are complete
Be fully responsible for your accounts and business operations at all times
We are not responsible for errors caused by platform limitations, user account issues, or third-party system changes.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Be an active participant
Ask for help when needed
Practice respectful communication with the coach and the community
Make your own decisions regarding your business
You understand your business success depends on your own effort, decisions, and market conditions.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Income or financial results
Number of clients gained
Specific level of business growth
Any particular personal or business outcome
You are responsible for implementing the strategies and making decisions that align with your business and circumstances.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
If a payment plan is chosen, the Client is responsible for completing all payments.
Early termination does not cancel remaining payments.
If the Program includes a contract with a notice period (ex: 30-day notice after 90 days), that policy applies.
8. Removal from Program
We reserve the right to remove any Client from the Program without refund if:
They violate intellectual property terms
They engage in disrespectful, harmful, or abusive conduct
They attempt to solicit or poach other students or community members
They misuse access or violate boundaries
9. Community Conduct
Client agrees to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior is not tolerated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, OBM, and interns from claims arising from participation in the Program
11. Not Professional Advice
This Program does not provide:
Legal advice
Tax or financial advice
Mental health or medical advice
Client is responsible for seeking professional support when needed.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
13. Agreement
By enrolling in the Program, accessing materials, or making payment, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
